Q: Is this real glass?
A: No. We begin with 0.030mm plexi-glass
A: Yes. The leading is created with hand cut lead tape carefully applied to the plex-glass on both sides.
Q: How do you get your color and textures? A: The colors are created using various custom mixed stained glass glazes. The various textures are created by using various techiniques that Barbara has developed over many years of working in this medium.
Q: Do you teach any classes? A: Yes. We do teach classes wherein you can learn the basics of leading and glazing on a pattern that we have specially chosen and prepared for the students. However no proprietary techniques are taught. Please see "Show Schedule" for information regarding upcoming classes.
